Move access to SQL view from results pane

In the web shell versions, the only place you can access the SQL code is in the Preview Results pane. This means we need to run the query and wait for results, which can take a long time in complex queries, before we can see the SQL. It would be very helpful to be able to get to the SQL elsewhere - perhaps in the Set Save Options pane.

    It also means if the query fails, you cannot view the SQL because the button is not available.
