To make "preferred pronouns" a standard part of the constituent record in CRM

In an attempting to expand the diversity and inclusiveness, ELCA received a request to add "Personal Gender Pronouns" to the constituent records. They would like to know if this option can be added in the standard CRM.

    I support this, but I would not use the word "preferred." Simply use "Pronouns."

    I agree that this would be great. I would like to see it as part of the personal info and then also be able to be made easily visible to the user - for example, as part of the individual name displayed at the top of the screen (preferred pronouns in parens) or at least in the tiles at the top of the screen similar to nickname.
