Be able to add and end date the Prospect constituency from the Prospect Assignment Process (under Manage prospects and plans in bulk)
If the Prospect Assignment Process lets you create new prospect assignments and remove prospect assignments, then you should be able to add the Prospect constituency to records that do not have it, and be able to end date the Prospect constituency as an option in the process.
