CRM has a restriction in place associated with both the end date of a group member relationship and the start date of group member role code start dates that states you can not enter either of them in the future.

Our organization usese these groups to track various committees and we have times where we know when someone is going to start a new role but we aren't able to enter the role until after they have already started OR we have to enter it with bad data and then hopefully remember to go back and update it.

The same thing happens with a group member relationship, we will know someone is going to leave a group on a certain date and we'd like to enter that when we know about it but we are not able to set the correct end date until after that day has actually passed since there is a restriction saying that group member end dates can not be set in the future.
