Enable Kerberos Authentication in CRM

We would like to take advantage of Microsoft Azure AD B2B Guest logins to access CRM. This feature requires Azure App Proxy and Kerberos authentication for the on-premises app (CRM). Currently enabling Kerberos for CRM breaks CRM's third-party integrations.
