When using the ‘Find transaction match’ task on the view by disbursement or unmatched disbursements to search and select a transaction in CRM with a pending status of pending, the ‘Pending Credit Card Transaction Search results’ is not showing transactions if there is no card type. It appears the results only pull pending transactions if the credit card type (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover) is available on the committed transaction in CRM. Can the search be fixed to include ALL pending credit card transactions even if the credit card type is blank?
