Add a copy option for smart fields

RE: BBEC - new Action Item "Copy" on the Smart Field management page in Administration. For example: LCMS has 100 core smart fields, due to a multiplier of a need for "largest", "last" etc. at the Site level, 10+ sites. There are a lot of parameters to have to set for each, in say a "Constituent revenue application amounts" smart field.

    Our organization uses multiple smart fields based on a fiscal year data parameter. Being able to copy them would save many hours in rebuilding them every year.

    This would be a great help! Creating new smart fields each year for the 100s that we have is a time consuming exercise.
