When making an overpayment that goes over the total remaining balance you have to go out, amend the pledge, then amend the designation, then amend the instalment. Instead if this happens a workflow should be triggered to enable users to either create a new gift (if they don't want it to apply to that pledge) or amend the pledge and take them to relevant screens.
