Need to limit the ability to delete | Ideas for Blackbaud CRM and BBIS

Need to limit the ability to delete a smart query and still be able to edit a smart query.

I have several user groups within our organization. One team within a super user group creates smart queries for the other user to utilize. Unfortunately, this does not restrict the other users so they cannot delete the smart queries. The users are requesting that the smart queries still be editable, but remove the ability to delete the smart queries from the general user population.
