Include a generate constituent updated batch process (similar to the generate revenue update batch process), which would allow a constituent update batch to be created from a selection within CRM. This would allow us to perform bulk data cleansing, including Bulk validation of addresses or end dating constituencies or other data updates which are not possible through Global Changes.
