Use a selection to generate constituent update

It would be extremely useful to be able to populate a constituent update batch using a selection, as is possible with the 'generate revenue update batch' functionality. This would allow easy bulk editing and cleansing of constituent data, without the need for exporting the data and re-importing it, or writing a datafix.
