alphabetize by last name in data lists

When looking at a large data list, we need the ability to sort by LAST name and not just by the name field (which sorts by first name).

This is one of the things that is really annoying about BBCRM. It's such a basic thing to be able to sort with and it should be standard, out of the box across all datalists.

allow alpha sort for any out of the box data list that has constituent names in it. Merged

When consuming large lists of data, it is very helpful to users to be able to alpha sort to quickly move through and find the data they are after - most notably in the fundraiser tab.
