Allow multiple listing for the same employer under the Employment History section of a constituent's record.

Currently, we are unable to add multiple listing for the same timeframe and employer under the Employment History section of a constituent’s record. For Example: Bob Hernandez worked for ABC Corp. from 1/1/2010 until 1/1/2013, and simultaneously held multiple titles. We are unable to accurately reflect this information under Employment History as the system only allows us to enter one listing for ABC Corp. that spans 1/1/2010 to 1/1/2013. When attempting to add an entry for each title Bob held, the following error is received. Error: Employment information cannot overlap.

    Yes! This is also an issue at UNC, where we have people who are simultaneously Professor in This School, and Director of the Institute of Something, and Special Assistant to the Vice Provost of Something Else, with different overlapping dates. This constraint is unnecessary.
