Currently we are only able to import Gift Aid declarations via batch where the declaration is made with a payment, however we are not able to import declarations when there is no gift, for example where we send out a mailing requesting a declarations from supporters who don't have a current declaration recorded, and where the response is in the form of a Gift Aid declaration only. Ideally it would be good to be able to add declarations through a constituent/constituent update batch.
