There should be a way to set a specific date on a general correspondence process other than the date the process is run, or a way to update the date after the process has run. UNC Chapel Hill regularly uses lists of people who were sent a correspondence that was not done through the process, but would like to reflect this on constituent records as a general correspondence.They would like to be able to choose the date instead of just using the process run date for these.
