BBIS: Profile Form filtering out "Inactive" Contact Information
When creating a profile form in the BBIS Forms area one may choose to which address, email, and phone types users may add and/or edit.
We are coming across an issue where contact values marked "inactive" are displaying for editing in the online form. All old contact records should not display and be filtered out.
The customer directly affected by this is Simon Fraser University and they are on BBIS version Blackbaud Internet Solutions version number: 6.40.1535.66 or CRM 2.91.
This may have been an issue logged in the old TFS last year.
