BBIS: Profile Form filtering out "Inactive" Contact Information

When creating a profile form in the BBIS Forms area one may choose to which address, email, and phone types users may add and/or edit. We are coming across an issue where contact values marked "inactive" are displaying for editing in the online form. All old contact records should not display and be filtered out. The customer directly affected by this is Simon Fraser University and they are on BBIS version Blackbaud Internet Solutions version number: 6.40.1535.66 or CRM 2.91. This may have been an issue logged in the old TFS last year.

    We are having this issue too and are receiving calls from end users wondering what they are doing wrong when trying to update their online profiles. We called one of our alums to explain what was happening after receiving mulitple emails from him about why his profile wasn't correct since he had updated it. He couldn't believe the system functioned liked this. In this day and age, many people no longer have home phone numbers. This affects the Profile Display Part and the Alumni Directory Linked Profile Part. We are on v4, SP5. - Christine, Davidson College
