Add Start Date to the Add to | Ideas for Blackbaud CRM and BBIS

Add Start Date to the Add to Group/Household option on a Constituent's page

When you select the Add to Group/Household option from a Constituent's page, you are only able to select which Group/Household; we need the ability to also add a start date at this point.
