Provide Outlook integration. either direction, but optimally from outlook. we finally get all the data, including notes, centralized, and now are asking the end users, who are primarily emergencies related, to update both their own outlook AND bbec to record latest interaction with a contact. therefore it is less likely to happen. add a conact in outlook --> pushes to bbec. update, particularly notes? pushes to bbec. i have seen scripts and add ins, but i CANNOT be the only one that needs this so we always know who did what with the same person.....
