Our fundraisers continue to request standard editing tools be available when entering interactions/call reports. It is ridiculous to expect them to enter their information in Word and cut-n-paste to BBCRM which is the suggested work around we have received from BB. Will be TOTALLY unacceptable as product moves to mobile platform where editing is an expectation.
