Ability to create Default Sets for Interactions

Cient has requested the ability to create default sets of values for interactions, like they are able to do within RE. At present, we can default/hide fields when creating an Interaction Batch but it would be nice to have this ability with one-off interactions.

We enter similar (but important) types of information on a daily basis and would greatly appreciate the time it would save to have default sets for interactions.

It will also help our development staff use consistent formatting in contact reports without having to resort to loading an Outlook QuickPart and copying that over to the contact report section in CRM. We are striving as an organization to have consistency in data entry and this would help us immensely.

This is something that we had in RE and our staff of about 200 people all miss it. Especially when working with Prospect Plans and Steps that have so many required fields and the most frequently used entries varies so much across different teams. It requires significantly more time and has greater potential for error.

This would be extremely helpful! It would save our administrative assistants a lot of time.
