In multiple other Blackbaud products (e.g. Raiser's Edge) clients have the ability to rename field labels without altering the underlying data schema. For example, the designation fields includes VSE fields that only apply to higher education. While healthcare clients may have other meta-data needs, those first-class fields are already"taken" and cannot be re-labeled despite their lack of applicability outside education. It would be useful to rename these labels (and many others) to more closely align with client business rules and nomenclature.
