Using an Acknowledgements Marketing Process, I was able to add the same segment twice with two different packages, one for the letter and one for the envelope. However, this didn't work. We should be able to have this work or have another method to be able to create acknowledgement letters and envelopes from the same revenue segment selection, with the same name and address formatting options, and sorted in the same order from within BBEC.
