allow multiple email recipients for email alerts

We would like the ability to chose not only our Development officer to receive the email alert but also their Advancement associate or another person designated. Would also work for custom alerts where the same email would go to multiple people. Thank you

    Hi Alicia, Email alerts can be accessed from the Administration area. You can refer to page 69 of the Administration Guide for CRM.

    Where are Custom Email Alerts housed in BBCRM? I'm not an administrator so assume I am not permissioned to see this area.

    Custom Email Alerts can be sent to a selection of recipients, this would be configured by the system administrator responsible for setting up the alert instance.
