This area has a definite step-wise process within CRM and yet there are no wizards or usability tools to make it easier to manage for a user who oversees this area. We would propose the creation of a wizard that walks a staff member step-by-step through the creation and configuration of a marketing effort resulting in greater time savings, consistency and adoption amongst staff.
