Make the Research Details field queryable
I'd like the ability to query on text saved in the Research Details field. Right now that field is not available in query.0 Reviewed: Voting Open

Include fields for Start and End Dates in a Constituent Update Batch.
Using a Constituent Update batch you have the option to add Employee / Employer relationships but it does not include a field for you to add the start and end dates of that relationship. This would be a nice feature to have in a future release.0 Reviewed: Voting Open

Update label "Gender" to be "Sex"
