Allow the application to successfully interpret Word quotation mark/apostrohe formatting.
When copy/pasting a constituent name from Word that has an apostrophe (e.g. O'Donnell) into a search field, the application does not interpret the Word formatting and returns no results. This can cause duplicate records to be created.Will not implement

Please enable TEST eDMs to be distinguisable from REAL eDMs and the market identifiable

Ability to add email addresss or phone number to BBIS Email Notification
When confirming the CRM ID # within CRM -- only having the donor's address sometimes is not enough information. Another identifier would be helpful. All those that enter gifts would benefit from this extra bit of processing information.Reviewed: Voting Open
