Allow the application to successfully interpret Word quotation mark/apostrohe formatting.
When copy/pasting a constituent name from Word that has an apostrophe (e.g. O'Donnell) into a search field, the application does not interpret the Word formatting and returns no results. This can cause duplicate records to be created.Will not implement
