My organization would like the ability to add custom attribute merge fields to be added to our Advanced Donation Form's Acknowledgement email. Currently, it isn't possible to add the custom attributes within an Acknowledgement email, even for regular donation forms either, but we think that would be a great feature for BBIS to have.
Just checking in to see if there's been any update on this from Blackbaud's side. This is something that would be really helpful to us, especially for the Tribute fields. Our giving processing team doesn't want the Tribute data to create a new tribute but would rather that information came in as custom attributes. If there was a way to assign those custom attributes to the Merge Fields, that would be ideal for us.
Yes this would be extremely useful for us here at UIF. We would like to be able to pull revenue attributes.
