Need the Ability to include Packages and Promo Codes on Multi-Level event registration form

It would highly useful to have the last of this COER functionality added to the OOB event registration form so we can offer a discount ticket price for a series of events, or offer a "secret discount" with a promo-code for any event (whether it is multi-level or single-level).

Agreed. There's no point in Registration Packages existing if people can't actually register for them.
