Add the ability to let constituents enter in a discount code or promotional code on a membership form

This would be useful because it would let organizations create discount codes for memberships that their constituents would be able to take advantage of for reduced prices

This would be espcially useful for membership drives and limited time offers. It's crazy that CRM allows for codes that can not be used in BBIS.
