Allow comments field in BBIS donation forms to allow more than 255 characters

Request for the comments field in BBIS donation forms to allow for more than 255 characters in the input boxes.  Being able to add more characters will allow users the capability to add all of the details they will need without having to add further detail in batch inside CRM.

    I feel like this is a pretty arbitrary restriction, especially considering that the comment field in CRM is a full WYSIWYG. Please increase this comment size.
