Add Phone number format validation or correction to BBIS forms

Our organization would like phone numbers either to correct/reformat to a standardized format that CRM accepts or to prevent users from entering invalid formats (formats outside of a specified desired format that we could designate). This would save our data entry folks from having to spend time correcting information.

    Yes.  This is really annoying !!   Constituents end up with the same phone number in different formats.

    ALSO, the Constituent Update Batch duplicate checking process should compare phone numbers without considering the format so that "(03) 6234 1635" compares as identical to "0362341635".

    We also noticed that the BBIS Signup batch (Constituent Update Batch) does NOT enforce uniqueness of Phone Type + Phone number.
