During testing we found that when you file a contact report in the application from within a prospect plan, there’s no way to tell which prospect plan it was filed on when you view the report from the interactions screen. Blackbaud says they can’t find a way to link an interaction to a plan and suggested adding it to the Blackbaud idea bank.
