Add Plan Name to Pending Steps and Prospects & Plans

Add Plan Name as a new column on Pending Steps and Prospect & Plans tabs. Corporations often have multiple plans and it is difficult to identify which is which currently.

    Completely agree.  Please also add Lookup ID.
