Create a global change to change designations on recurring gifts

Often we need to take a group of designations that have 3 or 4 levels in the designatation hierarchy and modify them. So e.g. OM NL/NL_abc/NL_support/xxxx OMNL/NL_abc/NL_support/yyyy OMNL/NL_abc/NL_support/zzz etc needs to have all recurring gifts updated to show OMNL/NL_mno/NL_support/xxxx OMNL/NL_mno/NL_support/yyyy OMNL/NL_mno/NL_support/zzzz etc.

If you use a generated Revenue Update Batch to update the designation on a Pledge, this does automatically also update the Pledge payments, but if you update the designation on a Recurring Gift, this does not automatically update the Recurring Gift payments. This demonstrates a regrettable inconsistency in data maintenance and there are no warnings about this in the relevant documentation.
