move events up/down within the Event hierarchy
After creating a multilevel event, you cannot edit them and move them to a different level.

This is a really glaring oversight.
This is pretty straight forward. If there is a hierarchy in the system we need the ability to move things around in the hierarchy. This would be a helpful addition.
