Ability to dismantle and move events from a multi-level event without deleting the subevent
Currently in the system, if you add an event into a multi-level event hierarchy, you cannot remove the event without deleting it first. There will be times when organizations will want to remove events from a multi-level event, but not delete the content of the event.

Unable to move sub events once saved.
Merged Currently, if we accidentally saved an event as a sub-event we cannot move the event to a primary or under a different primary event. Instead we must delete the event and re-add it into BBEC.0 Reviewed: Voting Open

Oh my yes!!! We have had problems with this where someone accidentally puts an event under a multi-level event and has already added lots of registrants before realizing that the event is not part of the multi-level!
PLEASE add this feature! This would help when someone accidentally adds in an existing event in the system to a MLE that should not be there, especially when that event has registrants and money attached. PLEASE
