Visibility of filters on screens is inconsistent

Visibility of filters on screens is inconsistent - Arthritis has found it confusing that on some screens in CRM the filters are always showing (like on the revenue screens) and on other screens you have to hit the filter icon to see the filters (like in addresses and interactions). This will be a training issue for now, but it would be much easier if the filters were always displayed and then users to hit the filter icon if they wanted to hide it.
