Allow SQL queries to be run within BBCRM

Users without direct read-only access to the BBCRM database could have a place within Query to execute SQL queries. This would allow users with SQL knowledge to run queries without using the query tool directly, and for hosted customers, it would allow running of SQL queries without needing to involve Support, speeding response time and ease of use.
