Allow Household and Group members to be updated in bulk (via Constituent Update Batch Import or global change)

After running the DeceasedFinder process, my organization has thousands of deceased/inactive constituents who are the primary member of their household. Given the sheer number of records that would need to be fixed manually through the front end, we would like to have the ability to update the primary member in bulk either by constituent update batch or via global change.

    The functionality around households also needs to allow the creation of a household through the Constituent Update batch when creating additional relationships.

    Also need this for ResearchPoint. There is no way to update Head of Household in ResearchPoint either.
