Create a global change process to standardize phone formatting
There's a global change to standardize constituent names and addresses so that they are formatted correctly - can we add the ability to standardize phone numbers based on phone formatting specifications (based on the phone formatting set for countries)?

I agree with Shannon Lee-Rutherford's comment.
We have spent considerable time cleaning up phone formatting. This is a no brainer! Thanks for the suggestion.
