Create Global Change Process to Add, Update or Remove Name formats

It would be great to have a global change process to Add, Update or Remove Name Formats from Constituent Records.

      I agree.  We had the default name formats turned off when we went live.  Now when we are considering using them, all previous constituents have no default. If turned on, only new records get the name format default applied. A global change is needed to fix the old ones.
