Make add a new query a task

The information library is an okay option but it would be nice to have "add a new query" as a task.  The information library can take a while to load when clients have a ton of queries just to get to add a query.

    Unfortunately, this idea is not Planned for an upcoming release. We are setting the status back to Open until we can say with absolute certainty that it will be planned and released. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in advance. Thank you.

    You can do this with Page Designer/Advanced Config:

    Simply make a new task:

     

    Fill in Name, description, functional area, and other options, including the 3 options below:

     

    Action Type: ExecuteCLRAction

    ScriptIdentifer Url: browser/htmlforms/platform/query/AdHocQueryNewAction.js

    ScriptIdentifer ObjectName: BBUI.customactions.platform.query.AdHocQueryNewAction
