Allow Smart Queries to be updated to use an updated Ad-Hoc query that the Smart Query was originally based on, without having to recreate it

When a Smart Query is created, it is based off of an Ad-Hoc query. If that Ad-Hoc query is updated afterwards, then we must recreate the Smart Query that is based off of it to show/hide the different information. Instead, it would be easier to just update the Smart Query so that it can use the newer updated Ad-Hoc query.
