Reflect cancelled numbers in both the event capacity and event summary

Currently both the event capacity thermometer and the Overview summary tab shows the number of constituents marked as will attend. If a registrant is marked as will not attend then this is reflected in the numbers however if they are marked as cancelled then the figure of will attend remains the same.

    Just adding some additional thoughts on this. This is REALLY NEEDED. There is no out of box way to get an actual depiction of the numbers of who will be coming and not coming to an event in BBCRM. If someone declines the invitation, they do not appear in the will not attend numbers, the ONLY time people appear is when they have registered and then changed their mind, and then again ONLY when you dont use cancelled.
