Update the balance due on a registration when it is canceled
When canceling a pre-registered event attendee, CRM helpfully notes that you'll need to issue a refund separately. However, if there is a balance due on the registration, that balance remains a liability on the event and there is no way to clear the balance due without removing the registration entirely, which doesn't really represent what happened.
We agree with this concern. When there is an outstanding balance on an event registration that is not received, it would be great to have some sort of write-off process to clear the remaining balance for the event registrations.
