Update the dbo.V_QUERY_CONSTITUENTSOCIALMEDIAACCOUNT view to include the system fields: added by application, added by user name, changed by application, changed by user name, date added, date changed.

The system fields for other constituent related data is available through their respective V_QUERY_CONSTITUENT* views, this one should match the others.
