More bold color scheme on screens for easier readability

The light blue color scheme is difficult to read. E.g. sub tabs on constituent records. It would be helpful to have more contrast / bolder colors for ease of viewing in future upgrades.

    Also would like to  have a better contrast for mandatory fields in yellow and / or have another differentiator ex: an asterisk (*) in the label would be helpful
