Add the ability to use the "Receipt | Ideas for Blackbaud CRM and BBIS

Add the ability to use the "Receipt Grid" merge field in the "Transaction - Donation Notification" type.

When creating a Staff Notification for Donation Transactions, there are a number of merge fields that are available. In a Donation form that is used to trigger the notification, there is an additional merge field named "Receipt Grid." We'd like to see this merge field from the Donation area additionally included for use in the Staff Notification merge field listing for Donation Transactions.
