Add ability to copy System Roles and other Security Settings from one user to another

It would be great if we could copy security permission from one Application User to another. Especially the set of System Roles assigned to each user. As we have many users, and nearly 100 system roles - where some users have similar permissions, it would save a lot of time if we could copy the settings from another similar user.

    We are moving through the environments as we implement CRM.  Assigning System Roles to App Users is one of the most tedious and time-consuming tasks.  Add my vote for this improvement and please also give us a better 2-column user interface to speed up the process.  Voters on this idea will also be interested in my separate idea named "Improve user interface to assign System Roles to Application Users".
