How do you make users 'inactive' - we do not want to delete them!!!

Add a functionality to make users inactive rather than having to remove all roles or delete them!

    yes please! when our staff leave it's a lot of effort to remove all roles, and even then it doesn't hide them in the list - I'd love to just be able to see a list of current users not inclucding "inactive"

    YES!  I want to do this when tuition is not paid, or required forms are not turned in.  If their account is inactive and they can't see information, grades, or assignments, there is an incentive to do something.
